The form requests information essential for us to process your application. If there is any part of the form or any question you would like assistance with, please, do not hesitate to ask us. This is especially important where there is more than one application on the property as a delay in completing your application could mean that you miss out.
The application process should not take more than 24 – 48 hours. Delays can occur sometimes in reaching some of the references or contacting the owner of the property. We will let you know if this occurs, and keep you informed of progress.
Should your application be approved you will be required to pay the equivalent of one weeks rent to secure the property. This is non-refundable after 24 hours and will become your first weeks rent. This will need to be paid either in cash, by electronic transfer or bank cheque. NO PERSONAL CHEQUES PLEASE. On or before the day you move into the property a further 5 x the weekly rent will be payable. This covers a 2nd weeks rent in advance and also the bond for the property which is lodged with the Residential Tenancies Authority. The method of payment for this amount is the same as for the original payment. No keys can be given to you until all paperwork is completed and all monies are paid (in cleared funds)
We do accept bond loans, however if you have an existing bond that you wish to transfer please discuss this with us as soon as you are approved for the property.
